PABLO GONZÁLEZ (Murcia, 1971) started his gastronomic career at Flanigan, in Palma de Mallorca, guided by Javier Morales, who was his first and main introducer in the complex world of gastronomy. He was who introduced Pablo in the dish design following the concept, developing and organizing all kitchen elements.
After working at Cuatro Estaciones, in Madrid, Pablo went back to Palma and, few months later, he went to Arzak, in San Sebastián.
One year later, Pablo González decided to go back to Murcia, where he gets responsibility in the newly Gran Taberna. Here is where he started to show his personality in every cooking sections. This experience leads him later to the Hotel NH Restaurant.
After three years, he started his adventure in Finca Buenavista, where La Cabaña
Restaurant was created in 2004, known today as Cabaña Buenavista.
